North Royalton Adventure Guides ("Adventure Guides," "we," "us," or "our") is a local nonprofit program based at the North Royalton YMCA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit https://www.bigcreekweb.com, submit an interest or contact form, email us, or receive text messages from us.

- Name and your child's name (when relevant to program interest)

- Child's grade, school, or date of birth if you provide them on an interest form
- Messages you send us by email, web form, or text

We use this information to:
- Respond to questions about Adventure Guides and Adventure Princesses
- Follow up on program interest and help with signup
- Send program-related text messages and emails you have consented to receive
- Operate and improve our website and recruiting outreach
SMS / text messaging
If you provide a mobile number on an interest form, website form, or otherwise consent to texts, we may send you SMS messages about Adventure Guides recruiting, signup steps, events, and related program information.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of texts
